We also loved how there were McDonald's, Starbucks, various eateries, and a mini-market within close proximity. we were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort of the beds, and the exceptional service provided by Mustafa, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

My Christmas stay was fantastic! The staff were really polite and accommodating; they even offered me some complimentary treats which was a great touch. The hotel was in a perfect location - a stone's throw away from a beautiful mosque, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The room was lovely, spacious and came with all the necessary amenities.

Although I had a great stay at the hotel, I did have a few difficulties. the staff struggled with communicating in English and with checking me in and out.
